INCREDIBLES 2 OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCED
Inside the Magic has officially announced that Pixar is currently in the makings of a sequel to The Incredibles!!
I'M LITERALLY SCREAMING SO EXCITED I CAN'T CONTAIN MYSELF I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS MOMENT FOR ALL MY LIFE.
There's also a Cars 3 in development but I find that rather irrelevant to the importance of Incredibles 2.
Disney also announced that they will be re-releasing The Incredibles and Ratatoullie in theaters in 3D sometime in the near future.
But you guys...I know I made a previous post about how there hasn't been legitimate proof for an Incredibles sequel, but this has been officially confirmed by Pixar and D23.
Are you guys excited? I'm jumping out of my skin pumped for this movie. I don't care that it's probably going to take years to create until it actually is released in theaters, but just oh my gosh. This is my all time favorite Pixar movie, and I'm so glad it's finally getting the attention and the sequel it rightfully deserves!
Definitely expect to see very many updates on this blog about the movie as more information is revealed!!

Addressing The Incredibles 2 Rumor
EDIT: On March 18th, D23 officially announced that there WILL be an Incredibles sequel!!
Yesterday, there was a massive rumor being spread around Tumblr about the possible production for a sequel to my favorite Pixar movie, The Incredibles.
These assumptions are FALSE.
I've been recently doing extensive research about the possible sequel for a future video, so I was very skeptical and curious when I saw this post being circulated over thousands of blogs. (At this moment, this post has over 63,000 notes...most of them with comments over their excitement for The Incredibles sequel.) I immediately double checked my search to confirm this rumor, and there was absolutely nothing new to report from what I had read last week.
First of all, the "official movie poster" (below) looked like someone just slapped a number two on a random photo of the Parr family, which seriously anyone can do in a simple photo editor program.
The real facts are that director Brad Bird has been "considering ideas" for a sequel, but wants to make sure the storyline is perfect because he cherishes the original message and the characters so much. He also has been focusing on his latest project, Tomorrowland.
The D23 Expo occurred this past weekend, where many other Disney movies and future projects were officially announced. The Incredibles 2 was not a part of the list.
Among these announced movies is Big Hero 6, which is Marvel's first animated feature since it became a Disney franchise. This does not have anything to do with The Incredibles. This is a completely different story in a different world with completely different characters. This is not a backstory or prequel to The Incredibles. The two movies are not related in any way besides they're both a part of the Disney franchise.
If you see posts like these on Tumblr or anywhere online, stating that there's going to be a new movie or ANY kind of exciting announcement, please do your research and find the facts before believing a statement created by just anyone on the internet. Most of the "sources" for these statements were fan made wikis, which are not viable sources of information. Anyone can post something exciting and make it sound convincing, but that doesn't mean that they are true.

Quick Nemo Update
I apologize for the lack of activity this week. I have been the most busy I have ever been in years! Thursday was my last day of class, went right to work after, then went straight to the Batman premiere immediately after that, not coming home and sleeping until four in the morning. Then the next day, I went down to Sacramento with my friend to see the incredible Demi Lovato in concert along with Adam Lambert, Owl City, and Karmin. Then the next day (after coming home at one AM), I drove three hours and back to my cousin's wedding! Today is my first day off in a while.
Now that we have that covered, moving on to the important news!
While I was away, The Disney Freak messaged me some important information:
Finding Nemo 2 is planned to be released in 2016.
Also some interesting information...the website she found this information also mentions a Cars 3 coming out in 2017?
You have got to be kidding me.
I couldn't really find any legitimate information regarding this assumption, but let's hope they're not really thinking it's going to happen. If they are, Pixar is just turning into a sequel factory, and a sequel factory for the wrong movies!!! (Finding Nemo 2 isn't that bad, I'm thinking Cars and whatnot.)
Ugh, frustration.
